1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Foodr ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you post, including reviews, photos, and ratings ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Foodr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving the App. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews; (c) harass, bully, or intimidate other users; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems; (f) use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App; (g) post spam or commercial solicitations; or (h) interfere with the proper functioning of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Foodr and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, including restaurant information, reviews, or ratings. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any food establishments listed on the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foodr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
